How To Purchase

  3. Upon confirmation of booking, please proceed to telegraphic Transfer the first 10% deposit to the developer’s account in Cambodia and collect the contract from us. The contract has to be signed and witness by your country’s approved notary public.
  4. Return the contract to us and proceed with the telegraphic transfer of the other downpayment*

Payment Terms

  2. 10% of purchase price within 2 weeks of booking less USD$1000.
  3. 40% of purchase price over a stipulated period of 2 years*
  4. Last 50% will enjoy the benefit of deferred payment scheme where payment is to be done only before the construction of The Peak is about to be completed.
